Short and Sweet
Home – in the door – straight upstairs – got changed – out the door – 30 minutes later done !! Felt good afterwards. Will increase distance by a mile tomorrow night just under 40 minutes and work on reducing that time using tempo and then increase distance again. Going well weather not a problem not a drop of rain despite Ireland succumbing to the worst summer in decades.
