Why this Blog?

On August 19, 2017, an EOGM was held appointing a sales committee to explore the potential En Block sale of Grange Heights. This site and blog have been created for all owners / SP's (see definitions here) to help with the following:
  1. Educate and present facts about the sale process as well as information about key milestones and decisions.
  2. Create an open forum to encourage owners to share news and information about market developments that may positively or negatively impact the sale of Grange Heights.
  3. Encourage transparency and good governance in the entire process to allow all owners to make a decision with all the facts before them.
How can you help make this blog a success?

First please subscribe to the blog by clicking this link at the top of the homepage (that says "subscribe") this will allow you to get email alerts when new articles or information is posted on the site.

If you find an article or information you would like to share with the community please send it to aman@grangeheights.com or jason@grangeheights.com and we will endeavor to get it posted within 24 hours. Similarly, if you have a question or want to contribute to the "Know your Facts" (FAQ's) section please send them to the above email as well preferably with a link to the source to help attribute where the information is coming from for the benefit of other owners consuming this information.

Are we for or against an En Block?

 Like most owner's we recognize that for most of us there is an appropriate price at which it makes sense to sell. However, it is also important to create a forum where people who are for, against and undecided to come together and share facts and address concerns. Transparency and fairness will be the key to any successful outcome and this site/blog is committed to ensuring that for all SP's.

Sim Lian clinches Tampines Court enbloc for S$970m

"After one week of rigorous negotiations, we've reached a satisfactory resolution on the conditions to the sale of Tampines Court.
