Simply put I believe strongly you can change, become better, learn some new subject easily in 100 days. Common knowledge is that you can even change a habit in 7 days by application and hard work. In 100 days you could become an expert in many areas by some simple steps that I try and follow (see final step).
- Write down your Goal (make sure that is is not just a wish but something you want to achieve)
- Write down in as small a level of granularity the steps to get there
- Keep these lists close by
- Every day do something towards achieving your goal.
- Do not be put off if you do not make big strides
- Constantly revisit and tweak these goals.
- If you fail do not give up revisit the goal – re-evaluate it and try again.
n 100 days there WILL be a difference. For instance if like lots of people your goals was to lose weight. A step in this may be to reduce the amount of bread you eat in a day. Break this task down even further. Have a half a slice of bread instead of a full one, spread less butter. Drink one less slurp of Coke, drink lots of slurps of water instead. These are small steps but they reduce your calorie count.
Don’t get a wish confused with a goal either the language of how this is done is critical.
