Ok I have developed a fascination with Banana Picking as my primary SEO example so I have put it into this blog as well as my Grange Web Design blog.  The only reason is to show how people every day in forums and in chats on the phone to me are being fooled to think that they are ranking for their keywords and that this is good.

Hence the banana references here.  What you need to be aware of is the traffic.  Google Analytics can help you there and show the actual numbers of people that are hitting your site.

As a fruit Bananas are a good source of fiber, potassium and vitamin C.
